Pledges to the Salamgram.
The platform provides you the services mentioned earlier for the purposes and aims also clearly described earlier and in return for these services while using the platform of Salamgram you are required to make the following pledges to the Salamgram for the better, continuous, and uninterrupted supply of the services.

• You are pledged to use your original name (as you use it in your daily life or as per your documented name) and do not intend to hide your personal identity while using the platform.
• Information obtained by you while setting up your account with us shall be true to your knowledge and belief and shall be accurate.
• You are pledged to create only one account at a time, and that too should be of your own.
• You are pledged to not share your password and/or give access to your Salamgram account and/or transfer your account to anyone else unless specific permission is obtained from us on this behalf.

Our platform does not hold any serious restrictions upon users. However, you should be of legal age according to your relevant territorial laws. You should not have committed any felony or you should not be a sex offender. If your account is blocked or removed from the platform you are not allowed and should not create another account with the platform. You are also not eligible to create a user account on the platform if you are restricted under the applicable laws for receiving our goods and/or services.

 

Scope of the Content and activity on the Salamgram
At Salamgram, we want to make the experience of the user all-encompassing by sharing each and everything that they consider important to them or that matters a lot to them. However, users are required to maintain the decorum of the forum by strictly abiding by the guidelines mentioned hereinafter and/or not engaging in, and/or instigating anyone to engage in doing the following acts;

• Any that violates these Terms, and/or community standards, and other terms and conditions that are applicable upon you for using and/or availing the services and products.
• Any act that is considered to be unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, and/or fraudulent.
• Any of the acts that infringes and/or violates someone else’s rights, including but not limited to their intellectual property rights.
• You are strictly prohibited from uploading viruses and/or malicious code or doing anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of our Products.

To help support and thrive our forum,  you are encouraged to report the content and/or conduct that violates your rights or terms and policies of the Salamgram.

The content shared by you can be removed and/or blocked if doing so is considered necessary in the light of relevant applicable laws.

Approval of certain types of permissions is required from the user’s end against the provision of the services and/or products:
We have permission to use your content as shared by you. It is obvious that the content created by you is your intellectual property. However, we use it only for the promotion of our products and/or services under your explicit approval.
Your approval remains as long as the content provided by you remains on our forum. Content provided by you can be deleted individually or collectively however for the collective deletion of the content you are required to delete your account at once.
You can delete content individually or all at once by deleting your account.
By using or downloading the software of us you also permit us to update the same from time to basis as and when considered necessary by the organization.

 

Intellectual Property Rights of the Salamgram
All the proprietary rights relating to the intellectual property of the platform shall remain with the Salamgram and if you wish to alter, use, or derivative of any artistic works and/or trademarks and/or any code of the Salamgram you must have the earlier written permission from the platform for doing the same.

It is pertinent to mention here that the application of Salamgram you use is under the license from the Salamgram (Licensor) and you use the same at your own risk as the application is provided “As is” and “As Availble” basis with all faults and without warranty of the any kind. and licensor hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the licensed application and any services, either express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, of satisfactory quality, of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy, of quiet enjoyment, and of noninfringement of third-party rights. no oral or written information or advice given by licensor or its authorized representative shall create a warranty. should the licensed application or services prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you. to the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall licensor be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the licensed application, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for personal injury, or of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. 

 

Additional Provisions
We have to update our terms from time to time and the same update shall be intimated to you via email. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions at any stage, you may delete your account from the platform.
Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in the termination and/or suspension of your account. 
In case of any dispute between you and us, the laws of the country in which you reside shall apply to any claim and/or any cause of action. 
These terms and conditions make up the entire agreement between you and Salamgram. If any portion of these terms becomes void due to any unavoidable reasons, then the rest of the contract shall remain in full force and effect. Rights under these terms and conditions are non-transferable and can be transferred to anyone else with our written permission only duly signed by us. All rights not expressly provided herein are reserved by us.
